01
Confidentiality by Design & Zero Public Indexing
Socius is built on zero public discoverability. We do not maintain open member directories, searchable profile databases, or public roster indexes. Candidate dossiers and member identities are never exposed to search engine crawlers or unvouched third parties.
02
Data Collected at Admission
When you submit a candidate application, we collect your full legal name, confidential email, contact mobile phone, primary city hub, superpower, current venture or passion focus, and a verified social media profile link. This data is utilized solely for admissions vetting, verification, and drop matching.
03
Contextual Persona Isolation
To protect member privacy, your engagement in one mode (e.g. Romantic) remains completely invisible and unlinked to your presence in other modes (Professional or Social). Other members cannot aggregate or cross-reference your activity across disparate contexts.
04
Cross-Border Data Governance & Regional Compliance
Socius complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA). Cross-border transfers between Delhi, Mumbai, and Singapore are safeguarded through end-to-end encryption and contractual data protection covenants.
05
Sponsor Lineage & Referral Tracking
Referral voucher codes link candidate applications to sponsoring members for trust verification and social collateral calculation. Sponsoring members are informed when their invite codes are redeemed, but do not receive access to the applicant's private dossier or detailed profile responses.
06
Data Retention & Right of Erasure
You hold the unreserved right to request a copy of your personal data or request total deletion of your candidate dossier and member account. If an application is declined or membership is terminated, dossiers are securely purged within statutory audit limits.
07
Security & Encryption Protocols
All candidate dossiers and communication records are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 and transmitted using TLS 1.3. Admissions Board access is strictly gated behind multi-factor board passcodes.
